This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) is a public Agreement concluded between the service owner Individual Entrepreneur «Yan Ulan Serikuly» (the Contractor) and the Customer (also «User») in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Its Protection», and applies to information containing personal data of Customers that the service (hereinafter - the service) may obtain about Customers while they use the service's website.
